This warm, neat and tidy 3 bedroom house is in a prime location overlooking Gooseberry Flat beach & Tryphena harbour.  It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which opens up to the deck through 2 bi fold doors. There are 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 with a lovely sea view. The bathroom has a bath, shower, double vanity & toilet. There is also a separate toilet.
This house is solar powered with gas cooking and hot water.
Sit and relax on the deck and watch families enjoy the water or take a dip in the sea only a few steps away…. often you will see dolphins. The sunsets are amazing!
It is a convenient 5 min walk along the beach to the general store, café, craft shop & Irish Pub.

The house is fully equipped for your stay and has cell phone coverage. Gooseberry Flat is a lovely sandy beach which offers safe swimming in crystal clear waters. You can't help but relax and unwind here.

"We had a fantastic time at the beach house, it has been unreal - amazing! Dolphins swimming in the bay with the sunset, what a view!!
We just left the house, kept the door open with the key on the kitchen-bar where we’ve found it. Also the baby cot, we left it outside again to be picked up".
