This majestic house is situated on an elevated east coast site and features breath-taking views over Kaitoke Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The décor features teak and cane furniture, while the bathrooms are in limestone. For warmth in Winter there is central heating throughout.

The rooms are decorated with Turkish rugs and antique New Zealand paintings, maps and prints.
For stylish outdoor living, there's a 3 metre deep veranda around three sides of the house. Here you can choose between the hammocks and the teak loungers. If it's chilly, there's a powerful outdoor heater to warm the evening air.
Guests are offered their choice of three double bedrooms.  Two have stunning panoramic views of the sea and the other, the largest bedroom, does not. All three have en-suite bathrooms.  The double beds are all Emperor size, (7' x 7'), and have hand-made pocket  sprung mattresses and goose down pillows and duvets. The rooms with sea views each have two covered balconies designed to catch the rising sun perfect for breakfast in the total privacy of Mount St. Paul Estate.
