Medlands Surf Cabin is positioned at the centre of Medlands Beach, tucked behind Memory Rock and the sand dunes. It is just 10 minutes from Claris and the airport, and to Tryphena.
On your doorstep is a grass lined trail leading to Memory Rock, the mermaid pool which is popular with children and the much talked about unpopulated white sands of Medlands Beach.
The cabin consists of an open plan living area, fully functioning kitchen, dining, living with a cosy open fire.
Decks are on both the beach side of the cabin, and the sheltered western side which captures the afternoon sun.
The beach side deck features an open fireplace, a spacious casual seating area and large outdoor dining table; while the rear deck which has views up to the hinterland is a sheltered outdoor area consisting of a BBQ and dining area, ideal for afternoon entertaining.
The main bedroom is positioned alongside the open fire and can be closed away with bifold shutters creating a private area.
The indoor bathroom (shower and toilet) separate the main bedroom from the 4 bed bunk room.
The outdoor shower can be enjoyed during the day, or shower in the evening under the stars of our dark sky sanctuary.
Both a filleting station and smoke house are available for the catch of the day.
