This majestic house is situated on an elevated east coast site amongst acres of native bush and features breath-taking views of the ocean. A grand 600 square metre homestead crafted from macrocarpa and cedar awaits you. Every room features locally made kauri furniture and is decorated with NZ artwork and lush plants.

We offer peace and privacy but are located just a few minutes from Claris Airport, uncrowded beaches and all local amenities.

Come and relax in one of our two first-floor bedrooms with super-king beds, sitting areas, double balconies with commanding sea views and spacious en-suite bathrooms. From your private balcony you can greet the sunrise or marvel at the pristine night sky .

A third larger bedroom enjoys bush views and a private bathroom.

We also offer a Twin Room with two super-king single beds.

Outside there is a 3 metre deep veranda wrapping around three sides of the house offering shade anytime of the day.
A perfect place to unwind and listen to the birdsong.
