Located on Kaiaraara Bay road overlooking Port FitzRoy Harbour, this studio has a luxury feel but with all the charms of off grid living. With open plan studio with kitchenette and ensuite bathroom all on one level, the studio is perfect for younger and older couples to just sit back, soak in the scenery and enjoy the private deck.

For those looking for a more active holiday, you can head down to the property's waterfront and head out on kayaks that belong to the property and are free to use during your stay. The studio is also only a stone's throw from the entrance to the Aotea Conservation Park and a short drive into Port FitzRoy where there is a quaint local dairy, burger bar on the wharf and Auckland's latest regional park – Glenfern Sanctuary.

The studio is attached to owners Mark & Jo-Anne’s stunning property but completely self-contained. The couple are on hand to give you help with anything you might need. For those coming in by private boat, it is possible to anchor in the bay... Come into the shore at Akapoua campground and take a short walk up the hill to the property.

There is also a chalet with three single beds that can be hired with the studio if you are travelling as a family or group.
