A brand-new, equipped kitchen with a benchtop oven, gas hobs, and dishwasher provides everything you need for your holiday cooking. A Weber BBQ is also provided.

The owner has created a beautifully relaxed beach vibe where comfort, style, and coastal charm come together effortlessly. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the sparkling blue waters of the bay, and in the evening, dine on the back deck surrounded by abundant birdlife, including tūī, kākā parrots, and kererū amongst the pōhutukawa trees. A bathroom and toilet are conveniently located on this level.

There is no television in the home, allowing guests to fully disconnect and enjoy a true relaxation retreat—reconnecting with nature, the sound of the waves, and the serenity of island life. There is unlimited fast WIFI.

Upstairs, you’ll find two loft-style bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king bed, and the other bedroom has two king single beds. Each bedroom has its own stairwell leading to its own wing, which provides great privacy.
