Crazyhorse was manufactured by Rewaco Pty Ltd at their factory in Cairns, Australia. The design originates from Rewaco in Germany where they are still produced. Crazyhorse is an HS5 Sportline model and differs from the HS4, which has seating for only one passenger.

The sportline front fork assembly features a responsive Bilstein adjustable shock absorber and large diameter stainless steel down-tubes.

Put this together with a 180/55 ZR17 tyre on a 5” rim up front, and 295 x 50 R15 tyres on 10” rims at the rear, throw in disc brakes front and rear and the handling is legendary!

The Boxer engine was custom built by Scat and assembled in California USA and drives through a Rancho Performance SR 3/4-speed transaxle. With twin carbs and the Sportline 4 into 2-exhaust and muffler system the 1600 motor produces around 75 horsepower and sounds like it means business!

After strict and rigorous testing Crazyhorse was supplied complete with an Australian Design Rule plate. New Zealand authorities readily accept and recognise vehicle imports with A.D.R. plates as safe and suitable for New Zealand standards and conditions.

As Crazyhorse is used as a ‘passenger service vehicle’ we are obliged to make sure it has an up to date Certificate of Fitness and a regular maintenance and service schedule.
